Batter Applicator

The FMT battering machine (FBAM) coats products with liquid batter before breading. The built in pump processes all kinds of liquids with differing viscosity. The machine creates constant temperature and liquid composition (i.e. batter with small particals). Pump speed or flow rate can be easily adjusted. The built in blower removes excess coating from the upper and lower side of the product. The frequency drive enables continuous adjustment of belt speed.

Therefore: the FMT battering machine gives you control over all critical aspects of the battering process.

For rapid maintenance and cleaning the machine can be easily (dis)assembled.

Tempura Batter Applicator

The FMT tempura dipper (FBDM) coats products with non pumpable liquid batter, before breading. It can be heavy liquid batter, tempura and marinades. An upper and lower belt guide the products through a bath of batter liquid or marinade. That way the coating liquids stay intact. A built in blower removes excess coating liquid from the upper and lower side of the product.

Belt speed is continuously adjustable through a frequency drive. Moreover the machine is equipped with tiltable upper belt, transport conveyor and outfeed conveyor: for thorough cleaning no dismantling is needed.

Combi Batter Dipper Applicator

The FMT Combi batter dipper applicator (FBDM) combines two different liquid battering machines. It can coat products with both pumpable and non pumpable batter liquids before breading. Therefore even heavy batter, tempura batter or marinades stay intact.

An intricate design with tiltable upper belt, transport conveyor and outfeed conveyor serves very easy cleaning: no disassembly is needed.

Breading Machine

The FMT breading machine (FBM) coats products with breadcrumbs. It uses a circulation hopper for evenly distributing coating materials and it can process many different kinds of crumbs. For optimal distribution the circulation hopper can be adjusted through a frequency drive. The unique FMT design guarantees careful handling of coating materials. Should a circulation hopper not suit your production processes, then the FMT preduster (FPDM) is an excellent alternative.

Drum Breading Machine

Batter Mixer

The propeller type mixer is available in two capacities. The batter mixer FFEM-100 has a volume of 100 litres and the batter mixer type FFEM-200 has 200 litres mixing capacity. The mixer is supplied for normally pumpable mixtures to be used with the Batter machine or Tempura dipper. To keep the batter in a well mixed condition interval mixing is used. A pressure pump can be used for heavier liquid mixtures, such as tempura.

When a full automatic batter mixing process is required we supply a batter mixing unit, type FFEM-200/A, wich works on a recipe based process.
