The FMT-Integrated blancher/cooler, type IBC, is designed to cook and cool products in an optimal way.
The products are guided continuously through the blanching and cooling sections and get gently blanched and cooled according to the product temperature, blanching temperature and belt speed. Therefore a well blanched and cooled product is the result.

FMT Integrated blancher/coolers are very versatile in their application. Depending on the application and desired throughput the machine can be provided with a belt or a transport system for baskets. The machine can do different blanching processes like blanching submerged in water, steam blanching and rinsed blanching.
Belt-widths of FMT-blancher/coolers correspond to all marketable ones in order to allow an optimal usage of the whole production line. Steam is used for the energy supply. Capacity depends on the width and length chosen. The machine is easily operated by means of touch screen.
The machine is easy to assemble and dis-assemble for easy and fast maintenance and cleaning.
